Curb is weird.

Have you heard about Curb? It’s a taxi-summoning app, and it works exactly the same way as Uber and Lyft: you download an app, then use the app to call a car.

I want to like Curb, I really do. However, over the past year, I’ve had a very tumultuous relationship with them, filled with highs and lows.

Currently, I’m on a low.

I’ve tried to use Curb all over the country: in San Francisco, New York, Savannah, Charleston and San Diego. So far, I’ve been outta luck – except in Los Angeles, which seems random.

The app is janky, and half the time it crashes on me. Currently, I can’t see how many credits I have, which is a problem, because I like to know before I go (don’t you?).

SIGH. I’m really rooting for them, but they keep letting me down and bumming me out.

Have you had any experience with Curb? What do you think? I just keep hoping that they will pull it together!
