I Hid Some Vouchers At The Grand Wailea – Here Are Some Clues So You Can Find Them!

I love a good treasure hunt, don’t you?

If you’ll be at the Grand Wailea this summer, I hid a little surprise at the hotel for someone to find: nothing too special – it’s more about the actual hunt 🙂

Here is what you’re looking for:

  • One Lappert’s Ice Cream Card with 4 punches already on it (once you get 10 punches you get a free treat)
  • Two HHonors vouchers for Spa Grande, the hotel spa. If you spend $125 at the spa, you get 2,500 HHonors points. (Tip: buy SpaFinder gift cards at Costco and use them to pay for your spa treatment and you will save about 20%).

Here are the clues, in order of hardest to easiest (SPOILER ALERT: at the end I reveal exactly where the vouchers are!)

  1. The hiding spot is close to Tsumani

Oh how I wish I were there to go on the treasure hunt!! What a fun idea 🙂 I once made a scavenger hunt for nieces/nephews on a Hawaii trip – had them find things such as all colors of hibiscus flower, 6 different kinds of palms, a rainbow, waterfall, etc.

  2. Found them! We were just hanging out at Wailea beach when my brother-in-law let me know about your blog post. We walked over and they were still there! Thanks! We probably don’t have enough time to use them but he’s going to be going next month so I’ll be sure to pass them on.

  3. Would you do a scavenger hunt in San Francisco? I love those!

  4. Okay, I’m now officially worried about your long absence. I hope all is well with you and your family.

Anne – Oh no! So sorry to worry you. I have just been swamped with vacation re-entry syndrome! I will post today. You are so sweet to check in 🙂
