Review of our Disneyland Hotel 1-Bedroom Suite
I always love the moment of walking into a hotel room for the first time; the “big reveal” never gets old for me. Of course it’s especially fabulous when the room is great.
You never know what you’re going to get at the Disneyland Hotel. All of the rooms have been redone, but because of the way the 3 towers are situated, it is possible to get a room that is MUCH more fabulous than another room within the same category (ie, an “Upper Level Resort/Pool Room” could get you a view of the pool, a view of the resort, or a view of the pool AND resort, or a view of the pool AND the resort PLUS a balcony).
We got a big sprinkle of Pixie Dust when we walked in the door of 2898 – it was an AND and PLUS room.
It’s a 1-Bedroom Suite on the 10th floor of the Frontier Tower, with a King-Sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch AND a pull-out chair in the sitting area. Pool view AND a balcony AND a view of the fireworks at night. At the very end of the hallway, with it’s own separate entrance, so no hallway noise.
Perfect.
My only complaint is that it is right next to the stairwell, so if anyone happens to walk down the stairs noisily, you will hear them. But how often does that happen?
Here’s a video of the room. And here’s hoping you get a fabulous room on your next hotel stay!
