Strange emails and surprise gifts from CLEAR…for Allison only…I’m intrigued.

A couple of days ago, I was minding my own business when a strange email from CLEAR hit my inbox. The subject was TESTING – FOR ALLISON ONLY.

I clicked the email open and saw this:

This offer is sort of exciting, except it’s not really news. Lucky wrote about Silvercar last week.

What’s more interesting is that this appears to be the first day of a 12-day countdown. The plot thickens when you try to figure out when the first day will be. Doesn’t it seem like it should be Christmas? So shouldn’t the 12 days start…yesterday?

Did anyone get a Cheery email from CLEAR in their in-box yesterday? Or today? What did it say?
