Best Uber deal yet!! $75 credit for new users!
**UPDATE** Deal might be dead. Reports around the web indicate that the language on the promo was changed to read “Valid in Orange County until 01/31/2014” so this may or may not work for you! The KALEB code for $20 off your first ride is still valid for anywhere, so you can still use that to get a total of $45 off your first ride.
Wow, Uber just keeps piling on the promos this season!
We’ve already seen a few great discounts this week, but this is the best one I’ve ever seen: a $75 credit for new users!
Here’s how to snag this amazing deal:
1. Sign up for Uber. You can use my link (we will each get a $10 credit), or feel free to post your links in the comments below.
2. After signing up for your account (you need to be a new user for this), apply the following promo code for $50 off your first ride good through 01/31/14: OCHOLIDAYS
3. Get another $15 credit by paying with Paypal, no code required.
-Discount only applicable to fares paid for with a PayPal account.
-Discount will apply automatically at the end of your trip and can be seen on your receipt.
-Limit one $15 discount per person
-Discount will not apply to rides using the TAXI option.
-Offer expires 11/28/13
Uber is a perfect solution for two big holiday travel needs: rides to/from the airport and rides to/from holiday parties.
Hope you can get some good use out of these promos!
Is Uber available in European cities? Would these discounts work there? We will be in Amsterdam and early morning taxis are very expensive to the airport.
glenda – Amsterdam is on the list of included cities. https://www.uber.com/cities
Not sure if the discounts will work there – you can email them here to ask: http://support.uber.com/anonymous_requests/new
Worked! Says it is good only in Orange County but not sure if it will still work anywhere.
Frequent Flyer U – Glad it worked! Reports around the web indicate that while it was working everywhere at first, they have changed the language on the promo to indicate Orange County so the deal might be dead now!
I have a referral $20 link (https://uber.com/app/u1w6a) that will increase your total total for step 1 to $20, hence your overall total to $85.
mcdullhk88 – great!
Signed up for an account using your link. It shows the $10 credit but did not increase when I added Kaleb. Does that come later?
Heather – The 2nd $20 doesn’t show up as a credit, but is a coupon that applies to your first ride and should appear under promotions. Check there!
Ann oppty has come up for me to give this service a try, hoping the offer is still good!
Rebecca – Let us know how it goes!
