What is an App-o-rama?

I laughed out loud the first time I heard the phrase “App-o-rama.”  It just sounds kind of silly, like a ride at an amusement park (Tilt-o-whirl, anyone?).  I guess you could say that for Points and Miles collectors, an App-o-rama is our version of the Tilt-o-whirl, complete with thrills, chills and spills.

What is an App-o-rama?  Basically, it is when you apply for several credit cards all at the same time, with the purpose of getting a lot of Points and Miles all at once.
